Job Title: Clinical Lead - RGN/RNLD

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of safe and clinically effective care to our residents.

About the Role:
  • Lead the clinical team and provide visible clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to develop and implement quality and governance initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with external and corporate quality agendas, including the Care Quality Commission and ICB Commissioners.
  • Provide highly credible and visible clinical leadership within the multidisciplinary team.
What You'll Need:
  • A current NMC Pin number.
  • A legal right to work in the UK.
