Active Care Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at our Chislehurst service. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
About the Role:- Lead the delivery of safe and clinically effective care to residents with acquired brain injury or long-term neurological conditions.
- Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure compliance with external and corporate quality agendas, including the Care Quality Commission and ICB Commissioners.
- Provide visible clinical leadership and influence the development of services to ensure continuous improvements in quality of care.
- Lead the governance agenda on behalf of the Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with all external and corporate quality agendas.
