About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Deverell Smith. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations across a portfolio of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple maintenance projects concurrently, ensuring projects stay on track and are completed to a high standard within budget and deadlines.
  • Contractor Management: Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure work is carried out to specification and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Track and Report Project Progress: Monitor and report project progress at a granular level, ensuring senior management is informed of all ongoing work.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement maintenance strategies that reduce costs and improve efficiency across the portfolio.
  • Compliance: Ensure all properties meet relevant health, safety, and building compliance standards.
Requirements
  • Property Management Experience: You must come from a property management background, with experience managing the maintenance of residential portfolios.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You can liaise effectively with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for detail and can manage multiple projects with precision.
  • Organizational Skills: You are highly organized, able to juggle competing priorities, and keep track of multiple projects across a portfolio.
