The Property Management department is a key part of the company, employing a team of experienced property managers, administrators, and account assistants.
Due to the company's rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Head of Property Management.
The Role:
As an Assistant Head of Property Management, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, as well as supporting and training property managers to ensure the highest standards of service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting midterm inspections and preparing notices to be served
- Dealing with deposit dilapidations and addressing maintenance issues promptly
- Managing complaints and providing training to property managers
We prefer candidates with ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) qualification, but we will support the successful candidate in obtaining this certification if necessary.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in property management
- Strong customer service and procedural skills
- Ability to problem-solve and maintain attention to detail
- Knowledge of property management legislation
- Full UK driving license
The role is based in our Finchley Central Head Office, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm or 9:30am to 6pm.
