Operational Improvement Manager

We're seeking an Operational Improvement Manager to join our Operational Change department at AJ Bell Management Limited. This role offers a great opportunity to work closely with project managers and internal teams to drive business growth and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with project managers and internal teams to understand business requirements.
- Develop detailed documentation outlining business or technical requirements for projects.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion through market research and analysis.
- Experience working as a Business Analyst is essential.
- Desirable experience in financial services.
- Proven experience using business process mapping tools.
- Ability to efficiently switch focus between tasks, applications, or projects.
- Estimated salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (based on location and industry standards).
- Starting holiday entitlement of 26 days, increasing up to 31 days with length of service.
