HR Continuous Improvement Specialist

As HR Continuous Improvement Specialist you will be tasked with identifying areas of process improvement, removing waste, simplifying process and promoting consistent standard operating procedures through the Lonza HR functions. Through the use of data, extracted via our query management system, you will provide trend analysis, recommended actions and key data that highlights the performance of the team with a view to supporting continued efforts for a more leaner, productive and efficient operation.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Provide regular performance/trend analysis from query management system (Service Now)
- Recommend action for reduction in queries
- Understand and facilitate the mapping processes, consider these in context of lean and six sigma, enable the team to deliver effective solutions’
- Support / role model Lean / Lean Six Sigma methodologies as team move through white belt/yellow belt training.
- Lead and facilitate improvement/problem solving workshops.
- Work with functional leaders to establish continuous improvement goals & validate actual improvement ROI results.
- Effect change by influencing operational teams to adopt lean concepts such as 6s, A3, PDCA, standard work, DMAIC, problem solving, visual management & the creation of lean flow in their daily work.
- Develop and measure project performance statistics using appropriate tools and techniques
- Track continuous improvement journey
**Key requirements**:
- Proven track record of implementing changes that have then resulted in positive changes in the HR operation
- A background HR and general understanding of standard processes and procedures
- Able to produce dashboards and reports that are clear and easy to track performance and progression on the continuous improvement journey
- A Yellow/Green Belt would be highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to promote new ideas and confident when challenged
- Be a creative and innovative thinker whilst maintaining focus on the broader improvement strategy
