Job Summary:

  • Lead comprehensive cost and value reporting to ensure projects stay financially on track.
  • Oversee cash flow forecasting and maintain up-to-date commercial strategies.
  • Drive subcontractor procurement and lead negotiations to secure the best outcomes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure targets and deadlines are consistently met.

Requirements:

  • A degree or HND in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
  • Extensive experience in civil engineering, with a strong understanding of NEC contracts.

  • Experience working on water or utilities projects.
  • Previous experience with contractors of a similar scale.
