Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Intersect Global Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of a major water project valued at £21M.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost reporting and budgetary management
  • Identification of risks and opportunities in the sub-programme
  • Management of supplier and sub-contractor accounts
  • Leadership and support to junior members of the Quantity Surveying team
Requirements:
  • BSc Quantity Surveying or similar qualification
  • Stable career history working for recognised contractors on civil engineering, infrastructure or utility contracts
  • Thorough working knowledge of NEC contracts
