Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Swindon, with occasional site travel. The ideal candidate will have good experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with plumbing experience, but other construction backgrounds will be considered providing there is a genuine interest in getting MEP projects.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking for a role working on fast-paced MEP fit-out projects, offering a great package & sociable working culture. You will be encouraged to self-develop and progress through the ranks of the business.

About the Company:

Rise Technical Recruitment is working with an independent contractor operating across the South of England. Known for its prompt and flawless delivery of joinery, fit-out, and MEP projects for airports, schools, and shops. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by their clients, they possess the necessary expertise to ensure successful on-time project completion. The company is currently going through a significant period of growth in their MEP division, they are now looking for an established QS to head up the plumbing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate MEP projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
