About the Role:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our UK Catastrophe Advisory and Strategy team at GB001 Marsh Ltd. This role will be based in London, offering a fantastic opportunity with excellent exposure to many clients and reinsurers.

This hybrid position requires working at least three days a week in the office, allowing for collaboration and professional development benefits. You will work within a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, becoming familiar with advising and developing clients' views of risk.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform multi-model analysis (RMS/Verisk/JBA/GC Internal models),
  • Produce, interpret, validate and analyse catastrophe model output,
  • Correctly interpret and communicate exposure data and loss analysis findings to brokers, clients and reinsurers,
  • Work on client renewals, and
  • Work on tenders for new business.

About You:

  • You have 2 – 3 years of cat modelling experience,
  • You possess multi-model experience (RMS/Verisk/JBA),
  • You understand reinsurance market and concepts, and
  • You have strong statistical / analytical / problem-solving ability.
