About the Opportunity:

As a Property Valuer, you'll be responsible for valuing properties in Northampton. With expertise in property valuation and excellent communication skills, you'll thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Valuing residential and commercial properties
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Providing accurate and timely property valuations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate or related field
  • Proven experience in property valuation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
