We are seeking a skilled Paintings and Decorating Professional to join our team at CV-Library in Northampton, Northamptonshire. This is a permanent opportunity for career growth and development.

This role involves ensuring the planned and reactive maintenance work within the prison facility is carried out safely and compliantly. The successful candidate will be responsible for paint work and maintaining tools, materials, and company property. They will evaluate adherence to health and safety standards and work with prisoners to promote a safe working atmosphere.

Requirements include being a fully qualified Painter with relevant trade certifications and prior experience in painting and decorating. Strong awareness of personal health and safety, method statements, and risk assessments is essential. A background in NVQ level 3 in Painting and Decorating is preferred but applications with NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualifications will also be considered. Estimated salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
