About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our team at James Hall & Co. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing our stores and leading our teams to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Taking on responsibility for your store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or the Assistant Manager.
  • Ensuring that all store standards, including customer service, health & safety, and food hygiene, are maintained.
  • Updating and maintaining store audits and administration procedures.

Requirements

  • Be enthusiastic, committed, and self-motivated.
  • Have experience of delegating tasks and motivating a team.
  • Have a customer-focused manner, remaining helpful and friendly when dealing with any situation.
  • Have a flexible approach to working hours.
