As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that all store standards are maintained, and taking on responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager.

As a Store Supervisor, you will be an integral part of managing our stores and leading our teams. We want people with an ability to create an environment where our colleagues can work to their fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Taking on responsibility for your store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
  • Leading by example in ensuring that all store standards, including customer service, health & safety, and food hygiene, are maintained.
  • Taking responsibility for the updating and maintaining of store audits and administration procedures.

Requirements:

  • Be enthusiastic, committed, and self-motivated.
  • Have some experience of delegating tasks and motivating a team.
  • Have a customer-focused manner, remaining helpful and friendly when dealing with any situation.
  • Have a flexible approach to working hours.
