Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at James Hall & Co. as a SPAR Store Manager. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that all store standards are maintained, and taking on responsibility for your store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or the Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Take on responsibility for your store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or the Assistant Manager, ensuring that all store standards are maintained.
  • Lead by example in ensuring that all store standards, including customer service, health & safety, and food hygiene, are maintained.
  • Take responsibility for the updating and maintaining of store audits and administration procedures.

Requirements

  • Be enthusiastic, committed, and self-motivated.
  • Have some experience of delegating tasks and motivating a team.
  • Have a customer-focused manner, remaining helpful and friendly when dealing with any situation.
  • Have a flexible approach to working hours.
