Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales performance by leveraging data and insights to inform store KPIs and team engagement.
- Create a customer-focused ethos among the team, ensuring seamless collaboration to deliver outstanding in-store experiences.
- Motivate and lead the retail store team, providing constructive feedback and support for individual growth and development.
- Develop and implement visually stunning visual merchandising displays that showcase our gorgeous collections.
- Ensure exceptional organization, delegation, and adherence to processes and procedures for a safe and structured work environment.
