Retail Store Manager

We're seeking a talented and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at B&Q. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving sales growth in our showrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales and customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a retail management role, with a strong focus on sales growth and customer experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
