Territory Representative

Oldcastle Inc. is a leading supplier of aggregates for the construction industry, and we are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in the GTA – London – Kitchener/Waterloo Region. This full-time opportunity offers a highly competitive starting wage with multi-tier wage structure, overtime opportunities, and a bonus pay system based on safety and performance.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in building materials or product sales, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. A demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build quality relationships through networking at a senior/ownership level is essential. Results-driven, flexible, and open-minded individuals who can work effectively in a team environment are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary Account Manager through the development & maintenance of relationships with new & existing customer accounts within the assigned territory.
- Provide first-line technical input to accounts and other stakeholders within the assigned territory.
- Assist with collections process as needed and within company policy.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
