Job Title: Urology Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and successful Urology Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Chemistree Solutions.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity involves managing a territory in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey, and South West London, focusing on Interventional Urology. Our client is a leading MedTech company providing intimate healthcare products and services operating across Ostomy Care, Continence Care, Urology Care, and Wound and Skin Care markets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales objectives through field-based selling activities, cultivating business partnerships with key decision makers, and driving market share and sales growth.
  2. Manage your territory strategically, balancing key accounts and growth opportunities, and sell and service the Company's portfolio of Endourology and General Urology product lines.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving license.
  • Experience as a Sales Professional in the medical field, with a proven track record in Surgical Urology and commercial experience selling to the NHS.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

About the Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience, with additional benefits including bonus, company car/car allowance, and package benefits.
