We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our stores and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee store presentations, including visual displays and merchandising.
  • Manage customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain open communication with staff, other departments, and customers.

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience in a retail or service industry setting.
  • Exposure to current store KPIs and objectives.
  • Retail or service industry experience.

Salary Range:$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
