About the Job:

The Stores Controller will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's engineering stores. This includes managing stock levels, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to the engineering team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Issuing materials and equipment to the engineering team
  • Tracking and reporting on inventory levels and asset locations
  • Managing van stock and daily staples
  • Picking and kitting stock for projects
  • Receiving and processing deliveries and returns
  • Maintaining a secure and organized store environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inventory management or stock control
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with H&S regulations and best practices
