About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and priorities.
  • HR Advisory: Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters, including employment law, policy, and procedure.
  • Talent Management: Work with the business to develop and implement effective talent management strategies, including recruitment, retention, and development initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and motivation, including communication, training, and recognition programs.
  • Performance Management: Support the business to develop and implement effective performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching.
  • Change Management: Support the business to manage change effectively, including communication, training, and support for employees affected by change.
  • HR Systems: Ensure that HR systems and processes are effective and efficient, including HRIS, payroll, and other HR-related systems.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: CIPD qualified with extensive post-qualifying experience in a generalist advisory role.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, policy, and procedure, as well as HR best practice and current trends.
