Job Title: HR Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters, including employment law, employee relations, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on HR-related issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide support and guidance on recruitment and talent management.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives to drive business success.
Requirements
  • CIPD qualified with extensive post-qualifying experience in a generalist advisory role.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of implementing HR strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to write and present information and produce succinct correspondence and reports.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of HR policies, procedures, best practice, and current employment laws.
