About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Pertemps Tamworth. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing effective people strategies to drive business success.

As a dynamic HR Professional, you will have a minimum of CIPD Level 5 qualification and previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or engineering industry. You will be responsible for working closely with all business areas to build organisation and people capability, and for implementing effective ER and stakeholder management practices.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing people strategies to support business objectives
  • Providing expert HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers
  • Managing ER and stakeholder relationships to ensure a positive and productive work environment
  • Collaborating with the HR team to ensure consistent and adequate training and service delivery

In return for your expertise and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £40,000 - £42,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits that can be discussed at application stage.
