IT Support Analyst Opportunity

An exciting new role has become available for an IT Support Analyst to join a leading financial services solutions provider.

As a member of a small but talented team, you will be responsible for supporting internal business users with applications, hardware, and desktop queries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing 1st and 2nd line diagnostics
  • Setting up new users, building laptop and PC hardware, configuring software and VPN access
  • Adhering to ISO processes to deliver high-quality IT and customer support
  • Ensuring all tickets are resolved or escalated
  • Training and supporting new users across software and IT services

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a 1st and/or 2nd line IT Support role and management of P1 and P2 incidents
  • Experience of using an IT ticketing system
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of PC hardware, software, and their components in a business environment
  • Knowledge of Office365, including Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook
  • Proven troubleshooting skills
  • Proven working knowledge of operating systems (Windows primarily) and ISO standards
  • Team player with a strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work
