About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our Clarion Asia Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct consultative selling to existing, lapsed and potential new business clients, delivering excellent customer service and maximising revenue.
  • Identify and research new growth areas for sales, enhancing our offerings and service portfolio.
  • Provide feedback on product offerings and barriers to conversion, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Continuously develop market and product knowledge.
  • Attend competitive events and industry trade shows, building personal networks and advocating our brand.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian, both verbal and written, is essential.
  • Demonstrable experience working within a sales environment.
  • Consultative and solutions-focused with the ability to create bespoke, commercially viable propositions for clients of various sizes.
  • Highly self-motivated, pro-active, and a true team player.
  • Work with high levels of integrity, always doing the right thing.
  • Curious about the design industry, developing knowledge to become a true expert in the sector.
  • International travel as and when required.
  • An interest in the Art and Design sector is desirable.
