Therapeutic Care Worker Role
We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Care Worker to join our team at Oakwood House, a specialist residential children's home in Kent. As a Therapeutic Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a programme of care, treatment, and education for up to 4 children aged between 11 to 16 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop safe, supportive, and nurturing relationships with children
- Work with external stakeholders/partners to meet the overall needs of the children
- Contribute to the development of a safe and supportive environment
Requirements:
- Experience of working with children therapeutically or in a residential setting
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Commitment to safeguarding children
