Job Summary
A rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children as a Therapeutic Care Worker with Childhood First. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team at Oakwood House, providing a supportive environment for up to 4 children aged 11-16 years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality therapeutic care and support to children in a residential setting
- Develop and maintain safe, supportive relationships with children and colleagues
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to meet the needs of children placed at the home

About You:
- Experience working therapeutically with children or in a residential setting (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work as part of a team and develop nurturing relationships with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £31,600 per annum
- 40 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays
- Up to 6% employer pension contribution
