Therapeutic Care Worker Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Care Worker to join our team at Greenfields House in Kent. As a Therapeutic Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for children aged 5-13 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, promoting their emotional and psychological well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver a programme of care, treatment, and education.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised care plans.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Greenfields House is a specialist residential children's home providing a programme of care, treatment, and education for up to 10 children. We are committed to safeguarding children and follow safer recruitment guidelines. All appointments will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS and references.
