High Volume Payroll Specialist

Job Description: The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing high volume monthly payrolls, collating data from multiple sites, and managing payroll email inquiries. They will also review and approve timesheets and attendance records in conjunction with the Payroll Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate all information and documentation required for high volume monthly payroll processing
- Process data from Time & Attendance system and collate data
- Process high volume timesheets on a 4-weekly basis
- Process starters and leavers administration and pension administration
- Manage payroll email inbox and respond to relevant queries in a timely manner
- In conjunction with the Payroll Manager, review, edit/amend/approve timesheets and attendance records on the electronic timekeeping system
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience in a high-volume payroll timesheet processing environment, good computer literacy including MS Office and Excel, strong excel skills, and good numerical skills and a logical approach to problem solving. You must also have good customer service skills and knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £28,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
