Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a Secondary School in Northolt. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with additional needs, ensuring they have the best possible educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with additional needs in a Secondary School setting
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery, providing additional support to students as needed
  • Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback to teachers and other support staff
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with additional needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in education or a related field
