Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team as a Year 3 Class Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

About the Role

This is a maternity cover position, starting in January 2025 and ending in July 2025. As a qualified teacher, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to our students. You will also be expected to assess and record student progress, and use a variety of strategies to promote inclusive learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all students
  • Assess and record student progress, and use this information to inform future teaching
  • Use a range of strategies to promote inclusive learning and meet the needs of students with special educational needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive learning environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Qualified teacher status or recognized equivalent
  • Teaching experience with the age range and/or subject(s) applying for
  • The ability to create a stimulating and safe learning environment
  • The ability to establish and maintain a purposeful working atmosphere
