Sales and Customer Support Professional

We are a leading provider of voice, connectivity, mobile, phone systems, and cloud services to UK businesses. Our goal is to continuously grow our teams, products, and customer base through strategic network partnerships and targeted acquisitions.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to support field and offshore sales agents and customers in pre-live queries. This role requires a strong understanding of CRM systems and product ordering processes, as well as familiarity with verification scripts and contract summaries.
As an Accounts/Sales Support professional at Daisy Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently, and contributing to the growth and development of our business.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days' holiday, bank holidays, and additional time off for each year of service up to 30 days.
