Graduate Learning Assistant for SEMH Needs

Ribbons and Reeves is recruiting a Graduate Learning Assistant to join our team in a School. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Psychology or a related field and be passionate about supporting young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
About the Job:
- Assist with the provision of support for an individual student with social, emotional, and/or behaviour difficulties, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
- Develop a 1:1 mentoring relationship with an identified pupil.
- Act as a motivator, role model, and advocate for young people.
- Pay: Up to £95 per day via PAYE (weekly pay). Must have previous experience working with children who have additional learning needs in a school setting.
This is an excellent opportunity to further your experience in Psychology and develop your skills in supporting young people with SEMH needs.
