Job Summary:
Red Snapper Recruitment | Housing is seeking a highly skilled Homelessness Review Officer to join our team. As a Homelessness Review Officer, you will be responsible for conducting an independent review of the City of London Corporation's statutory homelessness team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of statutory homelessness data, including quantitative and qualitative data from dedicated databases, published reports, and local recording systems.
- Interview statutory homelessness staff and relevant internal and external stakeholders to gather information.
- Analyze existing policies, procedures, and guidance documents to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and present a final report to the City of London Corporation, including findings and recommendations to enhance their statutory homelessness offer.
Requirements:
- Experience in reviewing statutory homelessness services and applying methodologies comparable to those outlined in section 3.
- Ability to draft and present reports at a high level, suitable for circulation to Chief Officers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
