Children and Families Care Coordinator

This Residential Support Practitioner position is based in a 4-bed Children's Home in Wellingborough, where you will supervise young people and provide care, advice, and stability. You will be responsible for ensuring the protection and safeguarding of young people's wellbeing, promoting their education, care, and development to achieve better outcomes.
Key Accountabilities:
- Demonstrate the value of education, care, and development to achieve better outcomes for the young people.
- Ensure the protection and safeguarding of young people's wellbeing.
- At least 1 year of residential care experience.
- Full driving licence.
- Enhanced DBS.
- Specialist consultant and dedicated recruitment team.
- Excellent rates of pay (£25,000 - £30,000 per annum) with payroll services twice a week.
