Children's Services Lead

Job Description:
We are looking for a Children's Services Lead to join our team in Wellingborough. The ideal candidate will have a professional social work qualification (QCF level 3 or working towards) and at least one year of residential care experience.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will also liaise with other departments and external agencies to provide support and plans for young people.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Liaise with other departments and external agencies to provide support and plans for young people.
- Coach and develop staff to maximize performance and meet high standards of care.
- Assist with budget preparation and control.
Salary and Benefits:
- £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.
- Enhanced DBS and full driving licence required.
- Twice-weekly payroll services.
