About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our clients and colleagues, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the coordination of office operations, including managing schedules, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
