Job Overview

Barchester Healthcare is a renowned organization in the care sector, committed to providing exceptional quality care to residents and patients. As a Care Sector Coach, you will be responsible for delivering induction and development training to staff across various locations, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality care.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in the care sector, with a C&G 7300 qualification or equivalent, as well as a Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care or relevant experience. A working knowledge of legislative requirements in the care sector and two years of training experience are also essential.

This home-based position involves travel around a specific region and requires a full UK driving license. Key responsibilities include coordinating and delivering induction and development training, providing practical hands-on training, planning and publishing training calendars, and maintaining regular contact with new team members.

The estimated salary for this position is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Barchester offers a range of benefits, including a company car, laptop, phone, pension contribution, and life cover.
