Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Clinical Research Nurse to join our team at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality research and clinical care for children and young people across a range of therapeutic areas.

Main Responsibilities

As a Children's Clinical Research Nurse, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement robust systems and processes to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and research governance. You will be responsible for the holistic nursing care of children and young people, including leading on study set up activities, screening, recruiting, educating, and monitoring participants in studies.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience of working within an acute paediatric ward environment as a qualified nurse
  • Knowledge of clinical governance and improvement agenda
  • NMC Registered Nurse (Child) and current paediatric intermediate life support qualification
