Women's Health Portfolio Manager

Organon is seeking a highly skilled Women's Health Portfolio Manager to join our team in South Central England. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and differentiation of our Women's Health portfolio through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of the Women's Health market and a ability to develop and execute business plans that drive results.
The role will involve working closely with the National Sales Manager and the national team of Key Account Managers to align business plans and differentiation initiatives in areas of greatest need and business potential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing account plans to achieve account goals and performance indicators
- Ensuring relevant decision makers are clear on the clinical benefits of our product so that they invest in our services
- Working with Sexual Reproductive Health Commissioner to drive national policy and implement locally
- Engaging with and developing National/Regional KOLs
- Working with marketing to develop and utilise promotional assets to drive digital engagement
- Establishing Organon as a trusted scientific partner in WH
Candidate Profile:
- Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets
- Strategic Business planning – ability to develop and execute a strategic business plan based on customer and market insights
- Ability to assess and monitor ROI and sales outputs
- Problem Solving & Decision Making – ability to develop innovative solutions to deliver targeted promotion
- Project Management – ability to execute on defined projects, including KPI setting and measurement
- Desirably knowledge of contraception and Women's Health
- Product Knowledge – ability to apply working knowledge of WH product and service offerings and ability to communicate the cost of the product and services in line with customer needs
- Customer engagement & influencing skills – ability to effectively navigate the customers environment and understand their evolving needs to align objectives and drive partnerships to achieve results
- A high level of enthusiasm and an authentic demeanor
- High willingness to leave your own "comfort zone" in order to try out new things
- High resilience and persuasiveness in direct customer contact
- High self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
- Willingness to travel
