Job Description

Organon is seeking a highly skilled Women's Health Key Account Manager to join our team in South Central England. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and differentiation of our Women's Health portfolio through promotional and strategic sales activities.

This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, sales and marketing strategies, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clinicians and prescribers. You will work closely with our National Sales Manager and the national team of Key Account Managers to align business plans and differentiation initiatives in areas of greatest need and business potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve account goals and performance indicators
  • Ensure relevant decision makers are clear on the clinical benefits of our product
  • Work with Sexual Reproductive Health Commissioner to drive national policy and implement locally
  • Engage with and develop National/Regional KOLs
  • Work with marketing to develop and utilize promotional assets to drive digital engagement
  • Establish Organon as a trusted scientific partner in Women's Health

Candidate Profile:

  • Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record of success
  • Strategic business planning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to assess and monitor ROI and sales outputs
  • Project management skills and ability to execute on defined projects
  • Desirable knowledge of contraception and Women's Health
  • Product knowledge and ability to communicate the cost of our product and services
  • Customer engagement and influencing skills
  • High level of enthusiasm and an authentic demeanor
  • High willingness to leave your own comfort zone and try new things
  • High resilience and persuasiveness in direct customer contact
  • High self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Willingness to travel
