Organon is seeking a Women's Health Portfolio Manager to drive growth for our key brand in the Women's Health portfolio. This role is a promotional and strategic sales position responsible for differentiating our Women's Health portfolio to drive depth of prescribing, as well as identifying where local market access and services need optimising for the use of Organon's contraception product.
This is a critical role to ensure we drive differentiation of our priority brand in the Women's Health portfolio, with key clinicians and prescribers to further drive growth, alongside ensuring national UK policy translates into local implementation to enable access.
The Women's Health Portfolio Manager will work closely with the National Sales Manager and the national team of Key Account Managers to align business plans and differentiation initiatives in areas of greatest need and business potential. Collaboration is key to success in this role as we all embrace the core values of Organon to contribute to the culture of this new organization.
Responsibilities:
The role of the Women's Health Portfolio Manager is to drive growth for our key brand through promotional and sales activities and local market access initiatives where needed.
- Analyse and segment business opportunities to prioritise where initiatives can deliver greatest ROI
- Develop, implement, and track account plans to achieve account goals and performance indicators
- Ensure relevant decision makers are clear on the clinical benefits of our product so that they invest in our services
- Work with Sexual Reproductive Health Commissioner to drive national policy and implement locally
- Engage with and develop National/Regional KOLs
- Work with marketing to develop and utilise promotional assets to drive digital engagement
- Establish Organon as trusted scientific partner in WH
Candidate profile:
- Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets
- Strategic business planning – demonstrate the ability to develop and execute a strategic business plan based on customer and market insights
- Ability to assess and monitor ROI and sales outputs
- Problem solving & decision making – ability to develop innovative solutions to deliver targeted promotion
- Project management – demonstrate skills necessary to execute on defined projects, including KPI setting and measurement
- Desirably knowledge of contraception and Women's Health
- Product knowledge – demonstrates ability to apply working knowledge of WH product and service offerings and ability to communicate the cost of the product and services in line with customer needs
- Customer engagement & influencing skills – ability to effectively navigate the customers environment and understand their evolving needs to align objectives and drive partnerships to achieve results
- A high level of enthusiasm and an authentic demeanor
- High willingness to leave your own "comfort zone" in order to try out new things
- High resilience and persuasiveness in direct customer contact
- High self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
- Willingness to travel
