As a key member of our design studio, you will be responsible for managing and developing effective relationships with existing and new accounts, providing regular input to product design and marketing to develop and promote saleable products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client accounts and develop effective relationships with existing and new clients
  • Work with the design team to launch successful products that meet sales targets
  • Process and manage orders through our dispatch process
  • Maintain, monitor, and input into our CRM system
Requirements:
  • Previous account management, customer service, and business experience
  • Excellent IT skills, including Word and Excel
  • A good eye for detail and ability to work accurately
