**Job Opportunity: Delivery Driver/Picker at Tamar Fresh, Saltash**

Are you a motivated and reliable individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the world of delivery and logistics? Tamar Fresh, located in Saltash, is currently seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver/Picker to join our dynamic team.

**Role Overview**:
As a Delivery Driver/Picker at Tamar Fresh, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate collection and delivery of fresh produce to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to pick orders and prepare them for delivery. Additionally, you will be expected to step in and cover delivery rounds or handle emergency drop-offs when required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently pick orders according to specified guidelines (Main duty)
- Organize and load delivery vehicles in a safe and organized manner
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and adhere to traffic rules and regulations
- Deliver orders promptly to customers' designated locations
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Assist in covering delivery rounds or emergency drops as needed
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant documentation

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical fitness and stamina for lifting and carrying packages
- Flexibility to adjust finish times as per delivery requirements
- Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory

**Working Hours**:

- 5 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Tuesdays and Sundays off
- Start time: 1:00 AM
- Finish time: Between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM (depending on workload)
- Note: Finish times may vary when covering rounds or working with another driver

**Contract Type**:

- Part-time/ full time position
- 25 to 40 hours per week
