WB Employment Ltd operating as an employment business is recruiting for our client based in Saltash for an **Assistant Head of Department **to join their expanding team.

**The role**:

- Assist with scheduling and leadership of staff
- Help train and advise team.
- Carry out office and administrative tasks.
- Regular stock checking.
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as kitchens and entryways.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and other fixtures as needed.
- Ensure that supplies are properly stocked and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow all health safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- To provide services for domestic and commercial as well as deep cleaning tasks.
- Live in or reliably commute to Liskeard
- **Monday - Friday. Days/Evenings. Must be Flexible through the week and available at short notice.**

**Requirements**:

- Must have full UK driving licence and access to vehicle.
- Must be happy to work on your own.
- Previous experience in cleaning is preferred but not required as full training will be given.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move objects if necessary.
- First Aid qualification would be beneficial although not essential.
