About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled Learning Assistant to work with a secondary-aged student in an alternative education setting.

The student requires additional support to succeed academically and personally, and we need someone who can provide high-quality support and guidance.

Job Description:

  1. Work one-to-one with the student to provide academic and emotional support.
  2. Assist with homework and support learning in various subjects.
  3. Help the student develop good behaviour and attendance habits.
  4. Support the student's mental health and wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with young people, especially those with SEN.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
