Customer Service Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, predominantly via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative tasks, including invoicing, booking sample collections, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A background in science is highly beneficial, with a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly motivated and organized, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
