The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital is seeking an experienced EUC Team Lead to join its team as a Digital Infrastructure Specialist.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital infrastructure, with expertise in end-user computing, and excellent leadership skills. The role requires the ability to manage a team, oversee project delivery, and ensure seamless service operation.

In this challenging position, you will be responsible for leading the EUC team, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring high-quality support for end-users. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and oversight of the EUC team, ensuring delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for digital infrastructure, aligning with the Trust's Digital Strategy.
  • Lead projects related to IT infrastructure, managing resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, partners, and other teams within Digital Services.

The successful candidate will possess:

Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent qualifications in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure projects, with a focus on digital services.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Office 365, with experience in supporting these platforms.
  • Able to manage high workloads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

The salary for this position is estimated at £56,313 per annum, based on the company's location and industry standards. This figure may vary depending on individual circumstances.
