At Direct Line Group, we're on the hunt for an experienced Support Engineer to join our EUC Platform Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. If you have a passion for delivering top-notch technical support and a knack for identifying trends to maintain a stable and secure platform, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a member of our team, you'll provide technical support to end-users for all end-user computing products and services, ensuring rapid reaction and remediation of alerts and resolving incidents within set SLAs. Your expertise will be crucial in highlighting common themes and trends through incident management, identifying underlying root causes, and implementing solutions to eradicate re-occurrences.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in End User Computing products and services, including Cloud desktop services, Microsoft 365, Microsoft InTune, Microsoft Teams, and Multi-Factor Authentication. Experience with iOS, Azure Virtual Desktop, and SCCM is a plus. If you're a collaborative and continuous improvement-minded individual with excellent customer focus and communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
